PAIR NISSANCONNECT SERVICES WITH YOUR TOWNSTAR OR PRIMASTAR

To get started, you’ll want to be sitting in your driver’s seat, phone in hand. Then just follow these simple steps.

ON YOUR CAR INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM

Step 1: Set up your vehicle Infotainment system

Before you start to set up the NissanConnect Services app, you should pre-activate your Townstar navigation system¹

▪ Tap the ‘Connection’ button on the screen.
▪ Tap the ‘Activate’ button on the screen.
▪ Check the disclaimer and press ‘Yes’.
▪ You will see an icon on the screen when your vehicle is pre-activated.

ON YOUR PHONE

Step 2: Download the NissanConnect Services app
 

Download the NissanConnect Services app to your smartphone from your App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 3: Set up your NissanConnect Services account

Create a NissanConnect Services account in the app, or sign in if you already have one.

Step 4: Add your vehicle and get your Car Pairing Code

▪ Tap on « Add vehicle » to start.
▪ Add your vehicle by entering your VIN (you scan it or enter it manually).
▪ Turn your vehicle on.
▪ Confirm the data collection is on.
▪ Press « Enter Code » Below.

ON YOUR CAR INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM

Step 4: Get the pairing code from your Infotainment system

▪ You will receive a pairing code on your Infotainment system.
▪ Input the code into your app.
▪ The code is valid for 5min.
▪ Your Pairing Code is shown on your Infotainment system.
▪ Enter your Car Pairing Code and continue with the next step.

ON YOUR PHONE

Step 5: Complete the pairing process and activate your services

Check and accept the Terms & Conditions and activate your services in the app :

▪ Accept Terms & Conditions.
▪ Press « Activate » to complete the activation process.
▪ Activation process sucessfully completed. Your services will be activated.
