Step 1

Download

 

Download the NissanConnect Services app to your smartphone like you would for any other app from your App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2

Sign-in or register

 

Create a NissanConnect Services account in the app, or sign in if you already have one.

 

Step 3

Enter your vehicle identification number (VIN) in the app

 

You will find your 17-digit VIN on your Vehicle Registration Certificate or from the outside of your car, on the corner of the dashboard that meets the windscreen on the driver's side of your vehicle. For New X-Trail you will find it in driver’s door frame.

 

Step 4

Get the pairing code from your in-car screen

 

 

For Ariya, Qashqai (production from June 2022) & New X-Trail Turn on your infotainment system and from the homepage, select: All Apps widget > NissanConnect Services > Information Channels >Account Information > Car Pairing Code. If the ‘Account information’ folder does not appear go to ‘Edit Channel List’ and choose ‘Yes.’ Then navigate back to the "Account information" page

 

 

For Juke, Leaf, Qashqai (production before June 2022), X-Trail & Navara : Turn on your infotainment system and from the homepage, select: Info > NissanConnect Services > Information Channels > Account Information > Car Pairing Code. If the ‘Account information’ folder does not appear go to ‘Edit Channel List’ and choose ‘Yes.’ Then navigate back to the "Account information" page.

 

Step 5

Enter your pairing code to the app

 

Return to the app and enter the pairing code. It will confirm that your services are being activated. As soon as it’s done, you’re good to go. Happy connected driving!
